Does the DJ use a contract?
We use a contract for all of our events to confirm everything in writing.
Will the DJ dress appropriately?
Yes, we do dress for the occasion.
Does the DJ specify a setup time?
Yes, generally an hour to an hour and a half before the event is scheduled to begin the time and is not deducted from the number of hours you are paying for in the package.
Will my DJ act as the Master of Ceremonies?
Yes, if you would like us to we will. We will make any announcements that need to be made and help to keep things organized and running smoothly.
Are there any hidden charges?
Not for the most part, the price you see is the price you pay and there are no additional service fees, taxes or hidden costs. The only time an additional fee is imposed is when you go over the allotted time. There could also be a fee to cover for parking and/or where loading access is difficult.
What is the deposit required to secure your DJ service and when is the balance due?
We require a $150 deposit for any DJ package you choose to reserve your requested date with the total balance being due prior to the start time specified.
Will we get to talk with our DJ before the event?
Yes, we will contact you about 10 days before your event to touch base and let you know who your DJ will be. Your actual DJ will then call you after that to go through everything with you and discuss all the details of your party or reception. We recommend submitting all of the requests at least 2 weeks prior to your event date so we have them on hand when we contact you. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
How experienced are your DJ's?
Our DJs have many years of experience performing in a variety of events such as Wedding Receptions, Private Parties and Club Settings.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
